Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time
Standard delivery within the United States takes 5-10 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery times may be longer during peak periods, holidays, or because of carrier delays.

Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to update after the email arrives. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, contact us at Noreva001@gmail.com.

Shipping address
Please double-check your address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you provided. If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible. We can only update it before the order ships.

Delays, lost or damaged packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipping, contact us at [support email] and we'll investigate with the carrier. If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Customs, duties, and taxes
All US orders are shipped with duties and taxes included where applicable, so there are no surprise charges on delivery.
